• Empanel and generate business through independent financial advisors.
• Should have own formidable network of IFAs.
• Responsible for Mutual fund / Equities / Commodities/Insurance and other financial products sale & distribution through various channels.
• Prepare a blueprint to promote and sell products/services.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the stipulated time period.
• Managing teams, setting targets, doing reviews and delegating different tasks to each relationship manager.
• Designing incentive programmes for maximizing business.
• Ensure each relationship manager achieve targets; does joint calls, presentations, and follow-up.
• Coordinate sales efforts with Sales team members and other departments.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Handling key relations, servicing them, updating them on market outlook, product positioning and advising them on investment.
• Doing various training programs, presentations to distributors, investors & other intermediaries.
• Working in tandem with the existing distributors/Business Associates/Franchisees, doing various promotional activities to expand the investor base.
• Managing sales and investment advisory to Retail, HNIs and few corporate clients.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• In-depth understanding of various financial products and investment avenues.
• Should be up-to-date on Financial Markets.
