Job Description :

• Supporting the stand-up of the Pension Operation in India as determined by the Bid. 
• Implementing and executing the operations plan ensuring it is fit for purpose for India. 
• Identifying efficiencies with new operation whilst ensuring contractual obligations are met 
• Agreeing the structure that ensures that it is right sized and  appropriate spans of control are in place. 
• Recruiting the Operations team including key disciplines across the operation. 
• Stakeholder engagement across the Programme, including the Client, on behalf of the Operation in India. 
• Model Office engagement and ownership of proving across the following journeys 
  • Tracing 
  • Transfers, Divorce and Insolvency 
  • Opt Outs 
  • TPR 
  • Fin Ops 
  • Contact Centre 
  • Inbound / Outbound Communications 
  • Servicing 
  • Money In 
  • Insight and MI 
• Creating and implementing solutions to Post Go Live issues
