Job Description :
Supporting the stand-up of the Pension Operation in India as determined by the Bid.
Implementing and executing the operations plan ensuring it is fit for purpose for India.
Identifying efficiencies with new operation whilst ensuring contractual obligations are met
Agreeing the structure that ensures that it is right sized and appropriate spans of control are in place.
Recruiting the Operations team including key disciplines across the operation.
Stakeholder engagement across the Programme, including the Client, on behalf of the Operation in India.
Model Office engagement and ownership of proving across the following journeys
Tracing
Transfers, Divorce and Insolvency
Opt Outs
TPR
Fin Ops
Contact Centre
Inbound / Outbound Communications
Servicing
Money In
Insight and MI
Creating and implementing solutions to Post Go Live issues
